Booking & Payment
- Advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
- Balance amount must be paid before the journey begins.
- Full payment may be required during peak seasons (Dec 20 – Jan 5) or for special bookings.
Payment Methods
- Bank Transfer
- Online Payment (as shared by our team)
Cancellation Policy

- 45 days before arrival: 10% charge
- 15 days before arrival: 25% charge
- 7 days before arrival: 50% charge
- Within 48 hrs / No Show: No Refund
Note:
- Cancellation requests must be in writing.
- Sunday requests will be processed on the next working day (Monday).
- Peak season bookings (20 Dec – 5 Jan) are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
- No refunds for unused services (hotels, meals, transport).
- Partial refunds (if any) depend on vendor policies after the trip starts.
Pricing & Charges
- Prices may change due to:
- Government taxes
- Fuel price changes
- Entry fees or service charges
Itinerary Changes
- Itineraries are flexible and may change due to:
- Weather conditions
- Road situations
- Safety concerns
Third-Party Services
We act as a booking agent for hotels, transport, and other services. We are not responsible for delays or service issues from third-party providers.
Liability
We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by:
- Natural disasters (landslides, weather, etc.)
- Transport issues or cancellations
- Accidents or breakdowns
- Political unrest or strikes
Travel Insurance
- Travel insurance is not included.
- Guests are advised to arrange their own insurance.
Personal Belongings
- All luggage and valuables are at the traveler’s own risk.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for extra costs due to unforeseen events like roadblocks, weather issues, or natural calamities.
